The Dwelling Place is a Christ-centered ministry that provides transitional housing,
basic needs, trauma-informed supportive services, educational programming, and
mentoring for women and their children fleeing domestic violence.

At this month’s chapel, Diane Stores shared her powerful story of founding The Dwelling Place.

Diane is the founder of both The Dwelling Place and Door of Hope Ministries. Her story is featured in Someone Like You, a book by Josiah Daniel Smith!

Thank you, Diane, for encouraging women for their bravery and inspiring each one of us to say "yes" to God's plan! The vision God placed in your heart almost 30 years ago has touched hundreds of lives. 💜

For the past two months, Stacy has already brought incredible leadership, enthusiasm, insight, and genuine care for families finding healing at TDP. We are so excited to see how God uses her experience in trauma-informed work to bring more healing and hope to families. 💜

Staff had GOLDEN tickets to the music therapy class celebration! 🌟

Women at TDP shared beautiful music and joy, including songs they wrote themselves! Thank you to Yue Wu from for radiating joy each week in class and sharing with women amazing ways to incorporate music in their healing.
