🚑🔥 CAR 80 IS OFFICIALLY BACK IN SERVICE! 🔥🚑

Today, Montgomery Fire Rescue officially put Car 80 — our Medic Shift Commander — back in service! 👏

Car 80 will provide an additional layer of support on life-threatening emergencies, assist our crews when the stakes are high, and help keep our medics sharp through continuing education and training. 📚💪

More experience. More support. More resources when seconds matter. ⏱️❤️

🚒 Citizens Academy: Getting Hands-On! 🔥

This week, our Citizens Academy participants headed to Station 15 to see some of the specialized equipment and crews that help keep Montgomery safe!

Station 15 is home to Engine 15, Truck 46, Rescue 92, Heavy Rescue 76, and our USAR team equipment. And they didn’t just get a tour—they got hands-on with vehicle extrication! 🛠️🚗💥

From big trucks to big tools, this week gave our Citizens Academy a whole new appreciation for the skills, equipment, and teamwork that go into every response.

Who knew learning about fire rescue could be this much fun? 😎🚒

Class 2026-A has officially reached their last day at the Division of Training! After all the classes, drills, check-offs, and long days, it’s time to capture one final picture before they head out to begin the next chapter on shift.
