We honor. We remember. We stand together.

Today, the Colonial family joins communities across our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who answered the call, and we hold close the families whose lives were forever changed.

At Colonial, we believe in the strength of community and the importance of standing together—especially in moments of remembrance.

May we carry forward the spirit of unity, service, and compassion shown that day.

We will never forget.

New Castle County school districts are excited to partner for the 2026–2027 Special Education Parent Council Family Learning Series. These monthly virtual sessions are designed to support, inform, and empower families by sharing helpful resources and information on topics identified by families.

Join us virtually on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:00–7:00 p.m., beginning October 7! We look forward to learning, connecting, and strengthening partnerships with families across New Castle County.
