ESSENTIAL ENERGY WEBINARS
for Stakeholders, Industry Specialists, and Community Members

Essential Energy is committed to safety around the electricity network – for their workers and the communities in which they operate. It is for this reason Essential Energy provides awareness and education of these risks and encourage those working near or around the electricity network to take the steps to protect their safety and the safety of others.

Essential Energy are hosting free public safety webinars “Working Near the Electricity Network” to encourage organisations and individuals to prioritise work safety and take actions to reduce incidents, injuries and fatalities.

Next week Essential Energy commences a series of new sessions for those working in key industries:
• Agriculture sector: Wednesday 25 March
• Building and Construction sector: Thursday 26 March
• Transport and High Loads: Wednesday 1 April
• Aviation and Drones: Thursday 30 April

The sessions are live and led by Essential Energy’s Senior Public Safety Specialist and share information covering a range of important aspects relating to working near the electricity network. The sessions run for 1 hour, with a 45-50 minute informative presentation, and 10-15 minutes for questions and answers from attendees.

Dear Valued Stakeholder,

The Department of Home Affairs invites you to attend a free webinar to learn more about how Australian employers can access the Skilled Refugee Labour Agreement Pilot Program (the Pilot).

By becoming an approved employer, businesses can access a large pool of talent to fill critical skill shortages and support the settlement of a skilled refugee and their family in Australia.

The webinar is open to employers interested in accessing a source of skilled labour that also offers a skilled refugee and their family the opportunity to rebuild their lives in Australia. The Pilot is delivered in partnership with Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB).
The webinar will cover the following topics:
• Skilled Refugee Labour Agreement Pilot overview
• Talent Beyond Boundaries support for employers
• Testimonials from Pilot Alumni and employers

There will also be an opportunity for questions with subject matter experts following the presentation.
