The Corporate Regulatory Authority successfully conducted the IPO Bootcamp on 8–9 June 2026 in Paro, bringing together CFOs, directors, and finance professionals from companies exploring the IPO route to upgrade themselves as listed companies.

Through practical sessions on IPO regulations, listing requirements, corporate governance, and capital market readiness, participants gained valuable insights to navigate the journey toward becoming publicly listed companies.

Together, we want to create a handholding support framework for small and medium companies to scale-up through the IPO process into public listed companies.

The Corporate Regulatory Authority successfully conducted the Company Secretary Training & Certification Programme from 1–5 June 2026 in Paro, bringing together 20 professionals from the accounting and legal sectors.

Through intensive training on company law, corporate governance, statutory compliance, board responsibilities, and Bhutan’s capital market framework, participants enhanced their capacity to support transparent, accountable, and well-governed businesses.

📚 Building a stronger corporate ecosystem in Bhutan.

The Corporate Regulatory Authority successfully conducted the Corporate Filing Agent (CFA) Training & Certification Programme – Cohort 2, bringing together 16 participants from business and legal backgrounds.

Through expert-led sessions on company law, corporate governance, corporate filings, FDI policies, and the Corporate Registry System, participants gained the knowledge and skills needed to support a transparent, compliant, and business-friendly corporate environment.

Together, we continue to strengthen corporate governance, compliance, and investor confidence in Bhutan.
