🔸 Bike Demo Day Essentials 🔸
Timings & Registration:
- Demos run from 9:30 am–4:00 pm.
- Demos will be offered on a first come, first served at the shop counter—no prebookings. Expect a potential wait for popular bikes during peak times.
What to Bring:
- ID: Two forms of identification are mandatory: a photo ID (Driver’s license/passport) and proof of address (utility bill or similar).
- Safety: Helmets must be worn. Hire is available for £5.00.
-Age: Minimum age is 14. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Fee: £20 per person, which is donated to North East Wales Search & Rescue Team. This fee is optional for Trail Collective members (just bring your membership card).
Demo Route:
- Demos are limited to 30-minute slots.
- You must follow the waymarked demo loop (one Red, one Blue grade, ~25 mins). Please do not ride a full lap of the trails.
Amflow Bike Availability:
- Amflow does not have a demo fleet yet. Our new Amflow PX demos are unlikely to arrive this weekend, but never say never!
- An Amflow PL in medium is available for demo.
Food Menu (All Weekend)
- Breakfast (8:30 am–11:30 am): Full Welsh, Full Vegetarian, loaded Canadian style pancakes, build-your-own breakfast sandwich, and eggs on toast.
- Barbecue (12:30 pm–4:00 pm): Traditional menu featuring a 6oz Welsh beef burger, gourmet hotdogs, homemade veggie sausage hotdog, halloumi stack, BBQ pulled chicken burger, and loaded hash browns. Sides include charred corn, slaw, pit beans, and fries.
