Dover Housing Authority will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2026, in observance of Good Friday.

In the event of an emergency, please contact 302-678-1965 for the following issues: elevator outages, gas odors, fire, flooding, lockouts, lack of heat (when the outside temperature is below 68°F), power outages, sewer backups, no running water, inoperable toilet, or a non-functioning refrigerator.

DE NAHRO Poster Contest
School age children can create a poster which reflects "What Home Means" to them. Children in Kindergarten to a Senior in High School can participate. Prizes include gift cards for the top 3 winners in each age category with the first place winner receiving a $100 gift card. Deadline for submission of the Poster, short essay and the application is due by April 16 to you which you will forward to DE NAHRO. The attached has both the student's application and instructions as well as Property Manager instructions. Please share this great opportunity with the budding artists in your community. With Spring Break just around the corner, this will give the students time to participate in the program while home from school. If you have an after-school program, please share it with them as well. The top winners of the DE NAHRO contest will be sent on to be judged by the Regional Chapter of NAHRO and those winners will be sent on to the National level for inclusion in a Nationwide calendar contest. Over the years we have had one Delaware poster in the Nationwide calendar - Let's get a second one this year!!
