We have received a lot of calls recently from parents wanting to register their kids for flag football. While we love the enthusiasm, we unfortunately had to cut off registrations because the deadline passed.
This is exactly why signing up in advance is so critical for all of our programs!
Early registration is the only tool we have to see if a league has enough players to "go." When parents wait until the last minute, it looks like a program won't have enough participants, which forces us to make tough scheduling and capacity decisions early. Advanced sign-ups are the only way we can properly map out field space, build balanced teams, order correct uniform sizes, and prepare equipment.
If you ever hesitate to register because you aren't sure a league will fill up—please don't wait! There is zero risk in registering early. If a program or league ultimately does not get enough players to run, you will always be fully refunded, or your account can be credited to be put directly toward another city program.
