How could you not fall in love with a boy like Benedict? 🥰

This handsome bachelor is waiting for the love of his life to come rescue him from his days of loneliness. He’s such a goofy, sweet ray of sunshine and he’s going to be the best friend you’ve ever had.

Stats:
🐾 about 1.5 years old and 73 pounds
🐾 dog selective (meets required w/ other dogs)
🐾 needs a home with older children (10+)
🐾 must go to a cat-free home
🐾 strong, athletic build

Personality:
🐾 shy at first but warms up with time
🐾 extra shy with men - please bring the whole family for a meet!
🐾 food motivated and eager to learn
🐾 has both an independent & an affectionate side
🐾 working on manners - needs a patient adopter

MEET BUCK! 💙🐾

This handsome guy has had a rough go of it as of late. He had a home and a family, but everything he knew and loved was ripped away in an instant. With nowhere else to go, he was taken to our facility and is now sitting in a lonely kennel trying to make sense of everything. As you can imagine, he’s confused, lost, and frustrated with life at the shelter.

Buck is an energetic, playful boy who yearns for freedom and companionship. When he is able to spend time with friends, he’s a happy go lucky soul. He is able to be independent and entertain himself but also loves getting attention from his people. He’s eager to learn with the help of treats and does already know ‘sit’.

Buck is about 2 years old, 64 pounds, and dog friendly with slow and proper intros. He would do best with older children (8+ recommended) due to his size and energy levels. He will need an active family that is able to give him plenty of playtime and exercise.

Let’s find this boy the best home! 🏡
