📢Calling all Philly contractors and construction professionals! We are accepting qualifications from contractors and construction vendors for possible inclusion in the Targeted Storefront Improvement Program (TSIP) Vendor Resource List. The list will serve as a resource for participating community organizations and business owners seeking vendors for storefront improvement projects.

The Department of Commerce’s Storefront Improvement Program helps businesses and property owners improve their storefronts. Through the Targeted Storefront Improvement Program (TSIP), Commerce partners with community-based organizations to coordinate improvements for eligible businesses located within selected commercial corridors. TSIP may cover up to 100% of eligible storefront improvement costs within the approved project budget.

We expect to select up to three firms to support storefront assessments, conceptual designs, permit-ready construction documents, permitting coordination, and limited construction support.
