That's why I introduced legislation to strengthen information-sharing authorities and help the CFTC coordinate more effectively with other regulators.

At a time when the CFTC is operating with fewer personnel and losing experienced career employees, it must be equipped with stronger tools to coordinate, uncover fraud, and stop bad actors from exploiting gaps in oversight.
