๐York Police Department Log๐
As part of our commitment to transparency, we are rolling out this police log to give our community a clearer look at the important work your officers do every day. This is a synopsis/highlight of calls for service and enforcement action, and does not include every single call for service our officers had - weโd be here a while if that were the case.
While we aim to provide meaningful updates, we also have a responsibility to protect the privacy and dignity of victims and those involved in sensitive calls for service. We also have a duty to preserve the integrity of ongoing investigations. For those reasons, some details may be limited and comments on these posts will be restricted.
Please remember: all individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Thank you for staying informed and for supporting the work we do to keep York safe.
If you have information related to any of these incidents, please call the York Police Department Communications Center at 207-363-4444.
