เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงสตอกโฮล์ม ร่วมหารือกับประธานคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.)
เมื่อวันที่ ๑๔ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ เอกอัครราชทูตอรุณรุ่ง โพธิ์ทอง ฮัมฟรียส์ ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) ณ ที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ นำโดยนางสาวศุกร์ศิริ อภิญญานุวัฒน์ รองปลัดกระทรวงการคลัง และประธานกรรมการตรวจสอบ ททท. พร้อมด้วยนายชัย อรุณานนท์ชัย ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย และกรรมการตรวจสอบ และนางพัศลินทร์ เศวตรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานกรุงสตอกโฮล์ม โดยมีนางสาวพิฐรา นวรัตน์ อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา เข้าร่วมด้วย
ในโอกาสดังกล่าว เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้หารือร่วมกับประธานคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ ททท. เกี่ยวกับแนวทางในการส่งเสริมและประชาสัมพันธ์การท่องเที่ยวไทยให้เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวางยิ่งขึ้นในหมู่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวสวีเดนและชาวนอร์ดิก อาทิ การเพิ่มความหลากหลายของกิจกรรมและประสบการณ์ด้านการท่องเที่ยว การประชาสัมพันธ์และส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในเมืองรอง ตลอดจนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการด้านการท่องเที่ยวรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ โดยเฉพาะด้านสุขภาพและสุขภาวะ (health and wellness) ทั้งนี้ แนวทางดังกล่าวมุ่งเน้นการปรับให้สอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรม ความสนใจ และแนวโน้มการท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวสวีเดนและชาวนอร์ดิก เพื่อส่งเสริมการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวประเทศไทยอย่างยั่งยืนและตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวในปัจจุบัน
Ambassador of Thailand to Sweden, welcomed a delegation from the Audit Committee of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT)
On 14 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Arunrung Phothong Humphreys, Ambassador of Thailand to Sweden, welcomed a delegation from the Audit Committee of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) at the Royal Thai Embassy. The delegation was led by Ms. Suksiri Apinyanuwat, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and Chairperson of the TAT Audit Committee, and comprised Mr. Chai Arunanonchai, President of the Tourism Council of Thailand and Member of the TAT Audit Committee, and Mrs. Patsalin Swetarat, Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand, Stockholm Office. Ms. Pittara Navarat, Minister Counsellor, also attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Ambassador Arunrung exchanged views with the Chairperson of the TAT Audit Committee on various approaches to promoting Thailand as a more widely recognised and attractive destination among Swedish and Nordic travellers. Discussions included diversifying tourism activities and experiences, promoting secondary destinations across Thailand, and developing new tourism products, particularly in the areas of health and wellness.The discussions also emphasised the importance of tailoring Thailand’s tourism offerings and promotional strategies to the evolving travel preferences, interests, and behaviours of Swedish and Nordic travellers, with a view to encouraging sustainable tourism and offering meaningful experiences that respond to the needs and expectations of today’s travellers.
