This week was full of curious minds and creative hands! 🧪✈️🏗️🫧🎨 From mixing oobleck and testing tinfoil boats to building spaghetti towers, designing paper airplanes, creating bubble wands, and making colorful tie-dye, our campers discovered that science, engineering, and art go hand in hand! 💙
We had such a great week with the “Mobile Museum” panels from Children’s Discovery Museum, Science Stations for “Fun Friday” at Buker, some exciting gym games & the olders had a blast enjoying the day at Bicentennial Park for swimming (& s’mores!)!! Here’s to more great moments next week!!

Appreciation for the simple joys of fun with friends in the summer!!!
Cool projects using our creativity, the giggles of bouncing or sliding down a slip’n’slide, playground games with our buddies, laughing at learning how to disc golf & never being too old for bubbles!

Summer days go flying by when you are busy playing on slip n slides, digging in the sandbox, having time in the shade with reading buddies, shaving cream & sensory fun, marshmallows structure challenges, gym games & bowling field trip! Phew! We can’t wait for more fun next week!

🍎🥕 FREE SUMMER KIDSPAK FOOD BAG DELIVERIES! 🥕🍎
The Augusta Food Bank is partnering with the City of Augusta Childcare to help ensure children have access to nutritious food throughout the summer.
📅 Every Friday beginning June 26, 2026
FREE KidsPak food bags will be available at the following locations:
📍 Glenridge Apartments — 10:30 AM - 10:50 AM
📍 McCalls Playground — 10:55 AM - 11:15 AM
📍 Williams Playground — 11:20 AM - 11:40 AM
📍 Mill Park — 11:50 AM - 12:05 PM
📍 Calumet Playground — 12:10 PM - 12:25 PM
🥪 KidPaks contain kid-friendly food items to help bridge the gap when school meals are unavailable.
