This has been quite the first year of business. I’ve helped establish a 1/2 dozen LLC’s. I have produced some decent reels and stories for a valuable partner in Reid’s Construction. I also owe a thank you to BobtheBuilder (if you know you know) who helped give me the push to leave behind a dead end situation for a future that is in my control. Year one is complete time to have a more productive year 2.

I’ve said it before I’ll say it again: 2 simple rules to follow when running a business. 1-treat whomever is helping you well (worker/subcontractors) and they’ll repay you in spades. 2-say what you mean and mean what you say. If you tell someone it will be done/ready by a certain time then you do everything possible to keep your word. At the end of the day that is all you can control is your actions and words. Everyone have a lovely weekend!
