Oahu 7/31/26 8:13AM: Stall has been removed on lanes open on the H-1 after the Pali on-ramp.

Oahu 7/31/26 7:26AM- Third lane from the left blocked on the H-1 eastbound after the Pali on-ramp by a stalled vehicle. HPD on scene.

Kauai 7/30: Single lane closure on Kaumualii Hwy. in Kalaheo near Lauoho Road nightly on Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for emergency guardrail repair.

Maui 7/30/26 12:15 p.m.: Please avoid the area at mile marker 8.1 on Kekaulike Ave. in Kula in the vicinity of Waiakoa Road for an apparent water main line break. A crew will be placing caution signs on the road.

On July 24, crews began lighting improvements at the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole. The fixtures atop a total of 10 poles will be replaced with LEDs before the end of August. As the work progresses the parking stalls under the lights will be cleared.

Oahu 7/29/26 12:20PM- Both lanes open on the H-3 Honolulu bound. Stall now completely on the right shoulder just inside the Harano Tunnel.

Oahu 7/29/26 11:45AM: Stalled vehicle on the right shoulder and partially in right lane of the Honolulu-bound H-3 Freeway just inside the Harano Tunnel. HPD has been notified. Please proceed with caution, use alternate routes, if possible.

Oahu 7/29/26 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Right lane and ramp closure on Westbound H-1 Fwy. at the Waipahu off-ramp (Exit 8B) for attenuator repairs. The ramp will be closed during this work. Please proceed with caution, use alternate routes.
