would like to thank The Ability Experience for making one of their first stops on their 2026 Journey of Hope cross-country bike ride at the CA State Capitol this afternoon. Appreciation also goes out to Marc Laver from United Cerebral Palsy of Sacramento and Northern California and the American River Bike Patrol for organizing today’s event.

These young men from Pi Kappa Phi will spend the next two months cycling from San Francisco to Washington, D.C., to help raise awareness for those who live with developmental disabilities. This summer, they helped raise over $350,000 nationwide toward resources to help with education, job placement assistance, and sports participation. We wish them a safe trip and look forward to celebrating their 40th Anniversary next year!
