The Hon. Michel Chebat, Minister of Public Utilities, Energy and Logistics, hosted a courtesy meeting with His Excellency Amino C.Y. Chi, Ambassador of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to Belize, as part of ongoing diplomatic engagements.

The meeting reaffirmed the strong partnership between Belize and Taiwan and highlighted continued collaboration in key areas. Discussions focused on current initiatives and opportunities to further support national development and strengthen infrastructure.

Minister Chebat welcomed Ambassador Chi and expressed appreciation for Taiwan’s continued support to Belize. Both parties also shared their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and advancing priorities that benefit the Belizean people.
